Disposables
The warranty coverage for disposable devices will not be honoured due to their consumable nature and hygiene concerns. Since these devices are oral products, returns for inspection cannot be accepted.
Claims concerning devices being dead on arrival or lacking taste cannot be validated due to the hygiene reasons. Consequently, these issues will no longer be covered by the warranty.
Puff counts provided by the manufacturer serve as a guide and may not accurately represent the actual number of puffs the device can deliver. Therefore, puff count discrepancies may not fall under warranty coverage.
Please note that warranty terms and conditions can vary among manufacturers and products. If you have any further questions or concerns regarding warranty coverage, I recommend contacting the manufacturer or the retailer of the product for more specific information.
E-Liquid & Drip Tips Warranty Policy:
Please note that once E-liquid bottles or Drip Tips have been opened, we cannot accept returns or provide warranty coverage. Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened E-liquid bottles or Drip Tips.
We strongly recommend verifying the product's condition and compatibility before opening the packaging. If you have any concerns or questions regarding a specific E-liquid or Drip Tip, we encourage you to contact us before opening the product.
Products – Hardware
All Mods are covered by a 60-day guarantee. However, please note that we do not cover faults resulting from incorrect assembly, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear. In the event that a product has been damaged by the customer, we retain the right to refuse a refund or claim.
If your Mod develops a fault within 60 days of purchase or delivery, please contact us through our website. Kindly provide your name, postcode, order number, and a detailed description of the problem. We may reach out to you via telephone to troubleshoot the issue. If remote assistance is insufficient to resolve the problem, we will authorise the return of your Mod. To qualify for inspection and testing, the product must be returned in its original packaging.
Once the Mod has been tested, if it is determined to be defective, we will contact you to discuss options for replacement or refund.
Atomizer Returns
Atomizers (coils) are integral components of your device and have a limited lifespan. It is important to note that we accept returns for dead on arrival atomizers if they are reported within 48 hours of sale or delivery. However, we kindly advise that when using a new coil, it should be soaked in e-liquid for a minimum of 15/20 minutes before vaping to ensure proper saturation and prevent dry hits or damage to the coil.
Damaged Goods
If you unpack a product and discover that it is damaged, we request that you contact us immediately or within 48 hours of the sale or delivery. It is essential to notify us within this time frame to ensure that we can properly assess and address your claim. Unfortunately, we will be unable to consider claims reported outside of the 48 hour time scale. Therefore, we encourage you to reach out to us as soon as possible if you encounter any issues with a damaged product.
